Just some notes on how I have my streaming setup, since I always forget.

When streaming on macOS, _turn off ProMotion!_
This makes a _HUGE_ difference in performance when, say, drawing a window. With ProMotion on, certain operations on my system slow to a crawl. With it off, the problem simply goes away.
I imagine this may be the true cause for all the "why is my Mac so slow when OBS is open?" threads out there.
# Audio
1. Using Blackhole (2ch)

2. Playing audio through speakers. Not using a headset.
Reason being that a headset makes it harder to get all the audio levels right.
3. Configure OBS.
1. Add Desktop Audio (point to **OBS Audio**)
2. Add a Noise Gate filter on Mic/Aux

5. Adjusting audio levels on each device prior to switching to the **OBS Audio** multi-device.
ATR USB Mic: 100%
External Speakers: ~16%
Blackhole 2ch: 100%
OBS Desktop Audio: -21.5dB (~45%)
OBS Mic/Aux: 0db (100%)

5. Set mic to be about 45º off-axis, instead of directly to the front or side.
